Being a leading supplier of components starts with an insight about what is needed in order to deliver on our promises. We have to ensure that the right product is delivered at the right time, in the right way, on every occasion. This demands strict quality control and an extensive inspection programme.
Rotakorn is at the forefront of the Swedish market when it comes to developing and implementing quality control programmes that protect our customers from inferior copies or other risky components that are unfortunately available on the market at present. By identifying such risks at an early stage we avoid them ever reaching our supply system. We achieve this through, among other things:
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14001
- Suppliers programme. Over the years we have built up an extensive record of reliable suppliers. We regularly check all our suppliers in order to ensure that their deliveries derive from approved sources and that their internal quality management complies with our requirements.
- Delivery inspection. All components that are delivered to us undergo a thorough visual inspection before they are delivered onward to our customers. This includes checking packaging, labelling, origin etc.
