It is as important to us that our customers are able to rely on the quality of their components as that they are available in the right quantity and at the right time. That’s why quality management is such a central aspect for us at Rotakorn, quite simply because it is a question of survival for both our customers and ourselves. Naturally we are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, but that’s just the start. We are continually working to guarantee the entire supply chain, from supplier to end-customer. We are engaged on a daily basis in checking and following-up everything from suppliers to individual components, throughout the world.
